Welcome to Not so Stout Sweets! We would like to introduce our business owners: Cassie Watson and Elizabeth Bradley.
Cassie Watson has been decorating cookies and cakes since she was a child. Inspired by decorating with her mother, Cassie worked as a cake decorator at Dairy Queen in 2021. Then she began decorating cookies at Eileen's Colossal Cookies in Lawrence, Kansas, in October 2023. In late 2024, Cassie established Not so Stout Sweets, which she launched in January 2025.
Elizabeth Bradley started baking as a teen in culinary class at Eudora High School. She and Cassie would bake together at sleepovers. Liz began working as a cake decorator at Dairy Queen in 2023. In April 2025, she joined Not so Stout Sweets.
We are excited to expand our customer base!
